Catching up with life in Hell, Fnar is showing off his new pet, Bonavin, to Jack. Jack points out that "Bonavin" is simply a Rework, a souless zombie-like husk. Fnar doesn't mind and takes Bonavin to show him to his mom.
Fnar loses track of Bonavin and while looking around for him, he's being spied on by Dr. Thalmus, the executed pedophile cancer researcher from Arc X: Suffer. Thalmus nervously looks around, and when sure the coast is clear, he decides to attempt to assault Fnar. He plays innocent at first, trying to help Fnar find Bonavin but offering to give Fnar a "checkup." Bonavin suddenly appears and savages Thalmus. Fnar chastises Bonavin for this, unaware that he was in danger, but quickly forgives him and they move on. While lying helpless and bleeding on the ground, Thalmus looks up to see Drip has found him and is planning to have his way with the doctor.
Fnar next sees one of Todd's daughters, and lets Bonavin know he has a crush on her. He innocently offers her a love letter he wrote, which she rapidly rips apart. Fnar interprets this as her liking him, and he plans to continue to "court" her in the future. Meanwhile, Thalmus is running frantically away while dressed in a Edwardian boy's outfit while Drip voraciously hunts for him.
