Drip is tormenting an unnamed female victim stuck to the wall in his cave when she suddenly laughs at the sight of his penis. Drip angrily defends himself, saying that Hell regularly changes his genitals as part of his punishment, but she continues to laugh and mock him. Unable to elicit the fear or submission he desires from his victims, Drip just disembowels her instead, dismissing her as a "slut."
