Hell is represented primarily as a sparsely populated desert filled with desperate people, either fearing for their lives or exploiting others for their own gain.
Outside of Hell's major population centers, the plains feature various natural (and unnatural) features including valleys, mountain ranges and other desolate lands where only the fittest survive, and sometimes not even them. Many of the Sins home bases are in isolated pockets of Hell away from the Necropolis, operated as their own personal fiefdoms ruling the sinners drawn to them.
