Heaven is the infinitely-sized realm of existence that is home to God, the Angels and righteous Dead souls who have been judged worthy to live in Paradise. Of the three Afterlife locations, it's considered the ideal location due to its serenity and lack of pain, evil or injustice. It is from this location that God controls and oversees Creation, providing inspiration and hope for the world below.
Personal heavens[]
Most souls in Heaven are given their own unique personal Heavens, that they're free to design and populate as they please. Their individual heaven starts out as a blank canvas that can be altered to match the owner's personality, hobbies, interests and desires. These Heavens can be populated by the souls of loved ones or even fictional beings created by that Heaven's owner.
Owners of each Heaven are free to see the rules for how their Heaven operates, including color schemes, art styles, tone and activities. Other Heavenly souls are free to wander and visit other Heavens at will, but it's considered polite to introduce yourself upon arriving.
Main hub city[]
The center of Heaven is a giant common area represented by a futuristic city, that is open for all residents to visit, explore and socialize with each other. This area functions as Heaven's city center where bureaucratic issues are handled and angels and other righteous beings are free to talk, eat, play, run a business or do any activity that brings them joy.
Unlike other Heavenly souls, those who volunteer for service as Angels are required to live in the city and prohibited from utilizing their personal Heavens. This is to make sure they're on call in case of emergency and keep everyone close by in case quick action is needed. Living accommodations for angels are provided by a massive apartment structure dominating the Heavenly skyline.
Upon retirement from Heavenly service, former angels are free to enter their own personal Heavens the same as other righteous souls.
Mother is also primarily located in the main city, but obviously can be all places at once if they choose. They will take meetings with angels and other souls having crisis of conscience or seeking advice on how to handle problems.
Life in Heaven[]
Much like Purgatory, Heaven is for the most part a blissful existence free from injustice, suffering and tragedy, but unlike Purgatory, residents don't feel a constant sense of torpor and desire to leave since they're not beholden to Purgatory's rules. Visiting the main hub city is like a visit to any town center, where residents can entertain themselves at their leisure. Some sort of economy exists because merchants are free to charge for their wares in the common area, but no one is denied the right to have anything in their personal Heavens.
Due to the rules of reincarnation and seeking forgiveness, all souls are ultimately destined to reach Heaven after eventually living a righteous life. In some case individuals can reject Heaven and choose rebirth, but this is rare as Heaven is seen as such a perfect destination that most will simply accept entering and will wait for loved ones.
