Description[]
Earth is the location where all souls (save for God and the original Angels) originally reside. While on this plane, everyone is constantly being judged through the course of their actions and the way they choose to live their life. Their eyes remain wide open, with every soul's eyes closing upon their death unti Judgment.
It's eventually revealed that Earth was original home to humans. This lasted until Jack destroyed almost the entire Earth by firing off nuclear missiles. The Earth was so broken that history "restarted" itself, a process implied to have been done by God. All of history was done over again with furries instead of humans, right down to wars and important historical figures such as Samson or Kaiser Wilhelm.
Earth remains the main mortal realm for most of the story. In the future of most of the comic's setting, it'll be evacuated due to an interplanetary war.
